Inc. Names Woman-Owned, Orange County-Based Technology and Diversity Recruitment Company Among Fastest-Growing Private Companies in US.
Newport Beach, August 12, 2020 – Inc. magazine revealed that Link Consulting Services, a global recruitment firm specializing in technology experts, executive search, and diversity recruiting for Fortune 500 organizations, is No. 945 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.
Link Consulting Services joins the list alongside other successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
“We are honored to be recognized on the Inc. 5000 list,” said Natalia Sans, Founder and CEO of Link Consulting Services. “This is a testament to our excellent client service while navigating a changing landscape. The technology industry is rapidly evolving and expanding due to the Internet of Things, 5G, automation, digital transformation, and cybersecurity threats—all Fortune 500 organizations, even those not traditionally considered ‘tech companies,’ are realizing that they need the right technology specialists and business leaders to deliver high-quality, tech-enabled services. Link Consulting Services is proud to partner with these industry-leading organizations to help achieve their business objectives, particularly during these challenging times.”
Link Consulting Services achieved three-year revenue growth of 491.93 percent by building long-term, value-based relationships with clients and specialists around the world. The woman-owned business provides executive search services for business leaders such as CEOs and CTOs, as well as direct hire and temporary-to-permanent placements for in-demand positions. In order to enable greater diversity and inclusion within the tech industry,
Link Consulting Services has implemented data-driven recruitment procedures aimed at combatting discrimination.
